TsAGI promotes the corporate culture of the of aviation industry

The Public Joint-Stock Company “United Aircraft Corporation” (PJSC UAC) visited the Zhukovsky Central AeroHydrodynamic Institute (TsAGI, a member of the National Research Center “Institute named after N.E.Zhukovsky”) at the end of August. The visit is one of the activities to increase the level of involvement and motivation of UAC, which is one of the key partners of the Institute in the development and creation of air transport.
TsAGI representatives arranged an excursion for the colleagues to demonstrate the Institute’s experimental expertise. Delegations witnessed work in a large subsonic wind tunnel, where the facility testing of large-scale and natural objects were conducted. Also, the guests were acquainted with the installations of TsAGI’s scientific-research Structural Strength. They visited the facilities of the static and endurance tests, which were actively involved in the development of modern aircraft, including the SSJ100, MS-21 aircraft, etc.
These activities are an integral part of the social policy of TsAGI. The Institute regularly opens its doors to professional aviation enterprises, including young employees. It gives an opportunity to become acquainted with the research and test facilities of the leading centre of aeronautical science that contributes to the development of scientific and engineering personnel in the industry. Among recent examples of such visits are the trips for the finalists of the UAC Competition “Future of aviation,” specialists of PJSC “Irkut Corporation,” “Ilyushin Aviation Complex” and others.
